Program Supervisor

Education, Skills, & Experience:
Master’s Degree in social work/counseling field with at least 5 years’ experience in mental health services; Must have licensure in the State of New Jersey as LPC/LCSW; Dual licensed as LCADC preferred. Must be able to supervise staff in mental health, possessing certification.
Job Description:
Responsible for overall supervision of the program to include scheduling, covering shifts/caseloads as needed, training, clinical supervision, and representing the program in the community as requested. Includes assisting in planning, developing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program. Maintains positive working relationships with community agencies. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumers’ population served. Adheres to all DMHAS regulations and licensure requirements. Provides clinical support as needed after hours. Follows all Performance Improvement, Human Resources, budget, and contract requirements pursuant to the daily operations related to program functioning.

This is a 40 hour full time benefitted position which includes:
*Free CEU training opportunities, paid training days
*Reoccurring Six Month Retention Bonus
*$1,500 sign on bonus; $750 at 30 days and $750 at 90 days
