Prevention Services
Legacy’s prevention programs include education and support designed to address issues before they escalate to a crisis situation. We also recognize that not all issues require treatment and at times have peer or professional support is more helpful. Our prevention programs include the Generations Family Success Center in Burlington County and parent education and reunification programs in Mercer, Burlington, Cumberland, Camden and Atlantic Counties.
Generations Family Success Center
Generations Family Success Center offers services to help build and sustain strong, emotionally healthy families. This one-stop center can help Burlington County individuals and families with a variety of needs by coordinating the many county, state, and nonprofit services available for assistance.
Located at 205 High Street, Mount Holly, New Jersey, Generations Family Success Center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Services include:
- Information and referrals
- Life skills training
- Housing assistance information
- Liaison with school districts
- Advocacy
- Translation services
- Parent services and education
- Information on child, maternal and family health
- Scheduled family activities (family dinner nights, arts and crafts, story hour, etc.)
- Youth development (career assessments, employment assistance, life skills training)
- Youth mentoring by teens
- Storybook time for preschoolers

School Based Youth Services
Located inside Pemberton Township High School, the School-Based Youth Services Program provides an array of free services to help students navigate their time in high school while simultaneously gaining skills that help lead to graduation and employment or continuing education.
School Based Youth Services are accessible on site, free of charge, and are available to all Pemberton Township High School students and their families.
Core services include counseling; violence/pregnancy/drug and alcohol prevention programs; access to health services, employment skills development, learning support services and family supports.
