Position:

Teacher of the Handicapped/Student with Disabilities- Self-Contained Classroom for High School

Duties:

Under the supervision of the School Principal, the Teacher provides direct instruction to students in accordance with each student’s Individual Education Plan. In addition to providing instruction in specific subject areas, the Teacher shall focus clearly on the development of positive attitudes toward education and socially acceptable behaviors.

Education/Experience:

New Jersey State certification as a Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities with subject area(s) certification.
