Career Ladders and Tuition Reimbursement
Woods Schools are committed to creating and sustaining a culture that embraces and supports equity, diversity, inclusion, and the personal and professional growth of our employees. Depending upon location, we offer:
- Up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement each year.
- A Teach with Heart Fellowship offers school employees with a bachelor’s degree the opportunity to have all college tuition reimbursed with the agreement to remain employed for 24 months post-graduation.
- A student loan repayment program.
- Partnerships with several colleges and universities that offer discounted tuition to our employees.
- Our Teach with Heart Fellowship covers the cost of tuition to support the growth of certified special education teachers within our schools. Employees with a bachelor’s degree can have all college tuition reimbursed with the agreement to remain employed for 24 months post graduation (only specified locations).
