The program is located in the Mainland Professional Center at 507/561-563 Tilton Rd in Northfield. The Outpatient department is open from 9am-9pm Monday through Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday. Appointments can be made by calling the Access line for Legacy Treatment Services. Consumers may also come to the office directly to make an appointment between the hours of 9a-5p, although appointments may not be available the same day.
