Prepare for Placement
Once the IEP team agrees on an out-of-district placement at Woods Schools, the admissions team gathers the required documents to enroll the student:
- School district agreement for services to Woods Schools
- Copy of the current IEP
- Updated vaccination and health records
- Confirmation of transportation arrangements with the referring district
An IEP meeting will be held to review and modify the current IEP to transition the student from their current placement to Woods Schools.
